The programmer appears to be powered on (all lights on), yet nothing I do seems to give any reaction to any function, other than a generic 'Hardware error'. The programmer is connected using a good parallel cable, with the parallel port running in 'EPP/SPP mode' (no option for just EPP), and powered using a USB cable connected to a laptop. Attempting to run the 'Hardware Test', or using any other function, results in a 'Hardware Error: Check Power & connection'. However, I can't seem to get the software to cooperate. I'm attempting to use a Willem EPROM Programmer, version PCB5.0E, sold by 'KEE Electronics', to write to a 28C64 EEPROM.
